Submitting claims to insurance may seem easy enough, but chasing down up to 25% of those claims can be challenging and confounding and it's always time consuming. There are plenty of online sites that can help you with the front-end of your billing as well as cheaper billers who promise the moon up front but rarely do the heavy lifting of fighting insurance companies if it takes much effort. Those options lack personal attention when it comes to following tricky claims, and there are often hidden fees and possibly even lost income. The phrase "you get what you pay for" comes to mind, and when it comes to your income stream, that's something to really ponder.

My name is TC (she/her) and I’m a local, honest, amenable and upbeat professional whose first priority is always the satisfaction of my providers and doing right by their patients. Since 1999 I’ve been a medical billing specialist in the Seattle area, focusing specifically on supporting psychotherapists and psychoanalysts for the last 13 of those years.
